Established in 1988, New Ash Green Letting Company Limited is an independent owner managed business offering residential property services throughout New Ash Green, Hartley, Longfield and the surrounding areas. Established in March 1988, we will shortly be celebrating 30 years of successful trading in the area. The company offers a range of specially tailored property management services to landlords, designed to meet the needs of anyone from the first time investor to the experienced landlord at a realistic price. Equally, potential tenants can be assured of a friendly welcome and offers of assistance to ensure that they find a home which is best suited to their specific needs.
THE SERVICES WE OFFER
The company manages a portfolio of residential properties based within approximately a 10 mile radius of New Ash Green. Whilst the majority of these properties are managed on behalf of the owners, there is increasing demand for a ‘Find Only’ service from experienced landlords willing to assume full ongoing responsibility for the needs of their tenants. Vacant properties are usually available although, not unexpectedly, turnover is fast with quality property. If a property that meets all your needs is not immediately available, your details will be placed on our waiting list and you will be contacted as soon as a suitable property can be sourced for you.
